The Intel Advisor Full Workflow is a combination of the Vectorization Workflow and the Threading Workflow, which means that you can implement both the SIMD Parallelism (vectorization) and the Threading Parallelism via the same application.
The Intel Advisor GUI provides a simplified version of the full workflow to help you get started, as described in Using the Advisor Workflow Tab.
