Use the Intel® VTune™ Amplifier to analyze Go* applications using the hardware event-based sampling data collection.
Prerequisites: When configuring your analysis target, use the Source Search button to specify paths for your application source files so that the VTune Amplifier can resolve the functions and display statistics per source line.
VTune Amplifier supports Go applications profiling with the following analysis types:
Only Go applications compiled with a compiler version 1.6 and later are supported.
Only 64-bit version of Go applications is supported.
