Tab: Result

To access this window in the Intel Advisor GUI, do one of the following:

In the Advisor Workflow tab, either click the (View...) icon for the appropriate tool, or run the tool.
Use the View > Open Summary to open a result and display the Summary window.
Use the File menu to open a result.
After you open a project, use the Project Navigator to display a result.

Use This	To Do This
Filters Pane	To view the report execution time, quickly hide and unhide vectorized and non-vectorized loops, or filter loops, functions, and threads.
Summary window	View high-level, dashboard-like data from the Survey, Suitability, Dependencies, and Memory Access Patterns tools in a side-by-side format. It also displays a count of detected annotations and high-level profile information from the Survey tool. Links in the main part of this window provide access to corresponding details in the Survey Report, Suitability Report, and Refinement Reports windows.
Survey Report window	View the results from running your serial program's executable with the Survey and Trip Counts tools. This window helps you locate possible places to add parallelism. It also provides access to the Survey Source window.
Suitability Report window	View the results from running your program's executable with the Suitability tool . This window helps you predict the benefits from adding parallelism based on the site and task annotations you inserted into your serial program's sources. This window provides access to the Suitability Source window.
Refinement Reports window	View the results from running your program's executable with the Dependencies and Memory Access Patterns tools. This window helps you predict the data sharing problems as well as study the memory access strides. This window provides access to the Dependencies Source and Window Memory Access Patterns Source windows.
Annotation Report window	View detailed information about all Intel Advisor annotations, as well as access to their source code.

When a tool displays a message and is waiting for your input (such as click Continue or Cancel), the result name has a [!] prefix. If you do not respond within several minutes, the tool implicitly chooses the Cancel button.
